Manual Engine Fan Switch

I chose this location because I could use the original wire in the wire harness that ran from the terminal block to the original thermal switch. I removed the wire from the terminal block and connected it to the new switch. I ran a new wire to the terminal block to provide power to the switch. I decided to use the Red terminal so that I would always have power to the Fan Switch, that way if I came in hot I could leave the fan running while turning off the ATV. As long as the battery is good this shouldn’t be a problem but you can chose any power point from the terminal block that suites your needs.

I’ve found that above 10 MPH I really don’t even need the fan.
